LOI (Letter of Introduction) বা Form V39A হলো সিঙ্গাপুরের কোনো নাগরিক বা পারমানেন্ট রেসিডেন্ট কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত একটি রেফারেন্স লেটার, যা বাংলাদেশিদের সিঙ্গাপুর ভিসার জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক।
সাধারণত সিঙ্গাপুর ই-ভিসা (e-Visa) প্রসেসিং হতে ৫ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবস (Working Days) সময় লাগে। তবে ছুটির দিন থাকলে কিছুটা সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
